Mission and programs · 2024
Mission
The Corporation is organized as a 501-c-2 for the exclusive purpose of holding title to property, collecting income there from, and turning over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to an organization which itself is exempt under Section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding provision of any future federal tax code.
-
The organization has only one program service - to hold title to property for a 501-c-3 organization, who is the sole member of the corporation. The organization continued its legal role of holding title to the property, receiving payments from the leaser, a public charter school operator and making payments to the lien holder, outstanding note holders, the insurance carriers and the taxing entities.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
