INCLUDED IN THIS YEAR'S COMPENSATION IS SEVERANCE PAY FOR THE FOLLOWING LISTED EMPLOYEES: MICHAEL GOLDBERG ($713,958).

Pursuant to the persons listed in Form 990, Part VII, section A, line 1A, there is no contractual obligation to pay or accrue any compensation to officers of the Northwell based on the revenue of the organization.
