DEFERRED COMPENSATION REPORTED IN 2024 INCLUDES BOTH QUALIFIED DEFERRED PENSION COMPENSATION, AS WELL AS DEFERRED COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION FOR 403B FOR CERTAIN ASSOCIATES FOR THE AMOUNTS THAT ARE ABLE TO BE ESTIMATED IN 2024. ACTUAL W-2 COMPENSATION PAID TO THE EXECUTIVE IS AS PER SCHEDULE J PART II B.
