EFFINGHAM COUNTY FISH HUMAN SERVICES IS A CHARITABLE, NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, CONSISTING OF AN INTERFAITH ALL-VOLUNTEER GROUP OF AREA RESIDENTS, WHICH IS COMMITTED TO ELEVATING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THOSE AMONG US IN NEED IN EFFINGHAM COUNTY.

TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY HELP TO THOSE IN NEED IN EFFINGHAM COUNTY.

AID TO NEEDY - PROVIDED INDIVIDUALS WITH GROCERY ASSISTANCE, MEDICAL COSTS ASSISTANCE, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE, AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE. FOR THE YEAR ENDED OCTOBER 31, 2025, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED RENTAL AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE TO 260 INDIVIDUALS, GROCERY ASSISTANCE TO 13 INDIVIDUALS, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE TO 15 INDIVIDUALS PER MONTH, AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO 18 INDIVIDUALS.
