ENTREPRENEURIAL FELLOWSHIPS: 1 The Tiny Fellowship serves as an in-depth, hands-on exploration of an existing concept. Tiny program participants leave positioned to continue growing their organization on their own. Tiny offers intensive financial and educational support during and after the program. 2 The Essentials Fellowship exists as a first-check, first-stage development and initial testing of an idea in order to show efficacy and develop a pitch for next-stage funding.
Expenses $2,634,862 · Grants $1,038,300
-
PHILANTHROPIC FELLOWSHIP - Changemakers will learn how to collectively set funding agendas, raise pooled funds, and write checks through a democratic giving process. The Philanthropic Fellowship focuses on guiding individuals in developing and practicing the identity of philanthropists. Funders qualifying for this program commit to investing a minimum of $1,000 into the giving circle to be deployed to 4.0 alumni.
Expenses $279,835 · Grants $38,032
-
ALUMNI PATHWAYS - 4.0 alumni will grow expertise and apply mindsets, skills and relationships as education changemakers. All 4.0 alumni are supported to grow in their role and/or move from role to role. This is done through Giving Circles, community building, professional development, leadership advancement, and storytelling.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
