Agile Learner Fund is a Type I supporting organization of Colorado Succeeds established to provide and steward mission-aligned capital in support of Colorado Succeeds' charitable purposes. ALF advances innovation in education and workforce development through research, development, thought leadership, piloting, incubation, scaling, and other system-change activities that promote economic mobility and career-connected learning. Activities or mission (Part I)

Agile Learner Fund is a Type I supporting organization of Colorado Succeeds that provides and stewards mission-aligned capital to advance innovation in education and workforce development. ALF supports research, development, thought leadership, piloting, incubation, scaling, and other strategies that advance economic mobility and career-connected learning

  • The Agile Learner Fund's vision is that all of Colorado's learners have access to high-quality learning experiences as well as multiple pathways that lead them to success in postsecondary education and ultimately in their careers - a concept known as the career-connected continuum.

  • During 2025, Agile Learner Fund designed and implemented outcomes-based scholarship strategies focused on connecting learners to high-quality education and training pathways leading to employment and economic mobility. ALF identified and evaluated education and training providers based on labor-market alignment and measurable standards for learner retention, completion, employment, and wages; developed grantee-selection, monitoring, and reporting systems; and built strategies to attract additional resources alongside scholarship investments. This work established the infrastructure to direct philanthropic capital toward education-to-employment pathways with measurable learner outcomes.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
