Mission
EVERYONE VILLAGE IS A DISTINCTIVE, CITY-AUTHORIZED SHELTER SITE THAT SERVES PREVIOUSLY UNHOUSED INDIVIDUALS. THE VILLAGE CONSISTS OF A 3.55 ACRE PARCEL IN EUGENE, OREGON, PLUS A CONVERTED WAREHOUSE WHERE VILLAGERS RE-LEARN HOW TO LIVE WITHIN COMMUNITY IN A HEALTHY WAY.
-
ONE KEY DISTINCTION OF OUR ORGANIZATION IS THAT THE OFFICES AND MEETING SPACES ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE VILLAGE, WHICH FOSTERS A HIGHLY RELATIONAL CONNECTION BETWEEN VILLAGERS AND STAFF. THIS CREATES AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE WE CAN HELP ALL VILLAGERS LIVE UP TO THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND FLOURISH IN EVERY AREA OF THEIR LIVES: PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, RELATIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY. IN SUPPORT OF THAT GOAL, WE OFFER A VARIETY OF WRAP-AROUND SERVICES THROUGH OUR STAFF AND OUR 70 COMMUNITY PARTNERS (GOVERNMENT, NONPROFITS, BUSINESSES CHURCHES, AND INDIVIDUALS).

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
