Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 1A
FIRST-CLASS OR CHARTER TRAVEL - ONE OFFICER AND ONE KEY EMPLOYEE - NOT INCLUDED IN TAXABLE COMPENSATION TAX INDEMNIFICATION/GROSS-UP PAYMENTS - ONE OFFICER, THREE KEY EMPLOYEES, AND ONE HIGHEST COMPENSATED EMPLOYEE - INCLUDED IN TAXABLE COMPENSATION
PART I, LINE 4B
THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A NON-QUALIFIED SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN. THIS PLAN IS INTENDED TO QUALIFY AS AN UNFUNDED PLAN OF DEFERRED COMPENSATION THAT IS MAINTAINED BY AN EMPLOYER PRIMARILY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING DEFERRED COMPENSATION FOR THE SELECT GROUP OF MANAGEMENT OR HIGHLY COMPENSATED EMPLOYEES AS THOSE TERMS ARE DEFINED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME SECURITY ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED (ERISA). FUNDING FOR THIS PLAN IS THROUGH ANNUAL EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS AND IS LIMITED TO THE ANNUAL AMOUNT SET FORTH BY THE US TREASURY DEPARTMENT. DIETMAR A. GRELLMANN, JENNIFER M. NEWMAN, ANNE N. O'ROURKE, AMBER OTT, JULIE A. REPPAS, KATHRYN SCOTT, AND DAVID SIMON PARTICIPATED IN THE PLAN AND RECEIVED A BENEFIT OF $23,000 EACH FOR THE YEAR. CARMELA COYLE HAS A 457(F) PLAN AND A CONTRIBUTION OF $234,000 WAS MADE IN 2024. APPROXIMATELY 93% OF THE COMPENSATION OF THESE OFFICERS, KEY EMPLOYEES AND FIVE HIGHEST PAID EMPLOYEES WAS FOR SERVICES TO A RELATED ORGANIZATION AND WAS REIMBURSED BY THAT ORGANIZATION.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
