Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

SCHEDULE J, PART I LINE 4(B):
THE ORGANIZATION HAS ESTABLISHED AN EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PLAN THAT QUALIFIES AS A "TOP-HAT PLAN" UNDER IRC 457(F). THE ASSETS ARE INVESTED IN THE ORGANIZATION'S NAME IN THE FORM OF A TRUST. THE TRUST HAD A ZERO BALANCE AS OF JUNE 30, 2024 AND 2023. UNDER THE PLAN, THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY AWARD CONTRIBUTION CREDITS IN THE NAME OF A PARTICIPANT. THESE CONTRIBUTION CREDITS REPRESENT DOLLARS TO BE PAID OUT TO THE PARTICIPANT WHEN THEY BECOME ELIGIBLE. AMOUNTS CREDITED TO A PARTICIPANT WERE TO BE VESTED ON THE LATER OF HIS OR HER 65TH BIRTHDAY OR THE TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DATE OF HIS OR HER COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE EMPLOYER. DURING 2020, THE PLAN WAS AMENDED TO CHANGE THE VESTING REQUIREMENTS TO THE SIXTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DATE ON WHICH THE ORGANIZATION INITIALLY CREDITS THE ACCOUNT; UNLESS VESTED SOONER AS DESCRIBED IN THE PLAN DOCUMENT. POINTS CREDITED PRIOR TO VESTING SHALL BE AMORTIZED EVENLY OVER THE PARTICIPANT'S REMAINING VESTING PERIOD AND RECOGNIZED AS A LIABILITY TO THE ORGANIZATION. THE PARTICIPANT'S VESTED CREDITS SHALL BECOME PAYABLE TO THE PARTICIPANT AT THE TIME THE PARTICIPANT REACHES HIS OR HER VESTING DATE OR EARLIER IF CERTAIN CONDITIONS ARE MET AS OUTLINED IN THE PLAN DOCUMENT. AS A RESULT OF THE AMENDMENT, PARTICIPANTS OF THE PLAN BECAME FULLY VESTED DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2020. ALL PAYMENTS SHALL BE MADE FROM THE TRUST AND ANY PAYMENTS DUE FROM THE TRUST WHICH ARE NOT MADE FROM THE TRUST WILL BE PAID FROM THE ORGANIZATION'S GENERAL ASSETS. THERE WERE NO VESTED CREDITS RECORDED FOR THE YEARS ENDED JUNE 30, 2024 AND 2023. THE TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PLAN AND RECORDED ON THE CONSOLIDATED STATEMENTS OF FINANCIAL POSITION AMOUNTED TO $1,000,000 AS OF JUNE 30, 2024 AND 2023.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
