OUR GOAL IS FOR CHILDREN TO GROW UP IN A SUPPORTIVE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY FEEL CAPABLE AND VALUED, DEVELOP RESILIENCY TO MEET LIFE'S CHALLENGES, AND ARE PREPARED TO MAKE POSITIVE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THEIR FAMILIES, THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND THE WORLD AT LARGE. IN FY23, PEP SERVED NEARLY 6,000 PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS THROUGH A WIDE VARIETY OF PROGRAMS INCLUDING ONLINE CLASSES, WEBINARS, ON-DEMAND VIDEOS, PODCASTS, PROGRAMS IN WORKPLACES AND SCHOOLS AND THE NEW PEP FAMILY RESILIENCY PROGRAM.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
