Mission
To build capacity and increase philanthropy in all communities through cooperative program and fund development options for individuals, groups, non-profits and businesses. CPF incubates qualified projects that provide public services or benefits, and provides support to other tax exempt or nonprofit organizations, projects or programs.
Activities or mission (Part I)
To build capacity and increase philanthropy in all communities through cooperative charitable programs and fund development options for individuals, groups, donors, nonprofits, and businesses.

CPF's incubator program provided infrastructure support and assistance for 41 projects that qualified as charitable activities or will go on to become c(3) or public benefit organizations. The CPF incubator program is a form of venture philanthropy that brings new ideas for public benefit into reality.

CPF facilitated electronic donation collection on behalf of 13 qualified tax exempt non-profit organizations along with workplace giving. CPF began running this program over 15 years ago to help organizations collect donations inexpensively and easily by providing a transactions mechanism and monthly donation accounting with reporting.
