THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER RECEIVED A SEVERANCE PACKAGE. A TOTAL OF $125,000 WAS EXPENSED BY CLF, OF WHICH $62,500 WAS PAID IN FY23 AND $62,500 WAS PAID IN FY24.
