IN 2013, THE FOX VALLEY AREA COMMUNITY FACED A CHALLENGE - THE NEED FOR MORE SOBER HOUSING. THROUGH COLLABORATION WITH COMMUNITY SPONSORS, SRI CREATED SOLUTIONS HOUSE, A SOBER HOUSING PROGRAM ON THE SOLUTIONS RECOVERY CENTER CAMPUS. WE'VE EXPANDED TO OFFER LONG-TERM HOUSING FOR GRADUATES OF THE 6-MONTH PROGRAM, WITH 5 SOBER LIVING HOUSES AND 3 GRADUATED HOUSES. OUR PROGRAM IS OPEN TO BOTH MALE AND FEMALE PARTICIPANTS, AND WE'VE RECENTLY INCREASED OUR HOUSING CAPACITY BY LEASING ANOTHER SOBER LIVING HOME AND ACQUIRING THE CHRISTINE ANN CENTER BUILDING. 87% OF OUR GRADUATES WHO STAY INVOLVED WITH SOLUTIONS RECOVERY REMAIN SOBER AFTER ONE YEAR. SINCE RELAPSE IS COMMON, AFFECTING 40-60% OF PEOPLE IN THEIR FIRST YEAR, THIS SUCCESS RATE IS A TESTAMENT TO THE PROFOUND IMPACT OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
