The EXTRA-TOUGHS is an exciting program founded by Let Every Woman Know-Alaska to provide an integrative team approach to sustainable weight loss, healthy lifestyle, and survivorship for gynecologic cancer and breast cancer survivors. This group is limited to women who fit the following criteria: 1.) Diagnosed with a breast and or gynecologic cancer. 2.) Completed primary treatment (i.e. surgery, chemo, radiation) 3.) Body Mass Index (BMI) = 30. This program includes custom designed group fitness exercise three-times a week; weekly support groups with fellow EXTRA-TOUGHS to address successes and challenges together and weekly nutrition classes to learn healthy eating habits. In 2022 The Any Mountain Project blossomed with a focus on creative expression to overcome ovarian cancer. We are raising awareness about Ovarian Cancer through music, dance, and an app encouraging everyone to learn about their family cancer histories so they can recognize risks early and take steps to save their future. We also began raising money to support the Any Mountain Expedition Team, a unique group of leading ovarian cancer specialists from all over the United States, as they develop methods of early detection and prevention.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
