Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 5
THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES LISTED ARE ALL ELIGIBLE FOR NON-FIXED PAYMENTS THAT ARE CALCULATED ON THE SAME BASIS AS THOSE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES UNDER AN "ALL EMPLOYEE SUCCESS SHARING PLAN". THE BASIS OF CALCULATION FOR THE NON-FIXED PAYMENTS INCLUDES, AMONG OTHER THINGS, MEETING OR EXCEEDING ORGANIZATIONAL FUNDRAISING GOALS AND ENSURING THAT TOTAL CASH EXPENSES OF THE ORGANIZATION DO NOT EXCEED TOTAL CASH REVENUES.
PART I, LINE 6
THE SUCCESS SHARING INCENTIVE PLAN IS AN ORGANIZATION-WIDE EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE AND REWARDS PLAN THROUGH WHICH ALL ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES MAY EARN A BONUS BASED UPON GLEANERS' OVERALL ANNUAL PERFORMANCE. WHILE IT IS BASED UPON ACHIEVEMENT IN FOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS AREAS, THE ABILITY TO SUCCEED IN THOSE SPECIFIC AREAS CUTS ACROSS THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION AND IS IMPACTED BY EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE. UNDER THIS PLAN, ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO EARN INCENTIVE PAY UP TO A PRE-DETERMINED PERCENTAGE OF THEIR BASE COMPENSATION DEFINED AS BASE PAY EARNED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR INCLUDING OVERTIME, EXCLUDING INCENTIVE/BONUS AND PTO CASH OUT PAY. THESE GOALS AND PERCENTAGES ARE DETERMINED AT THE START OF THE FISCAL YEAR BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE GLEANERS BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMUNICATED TO ALL EMPLOYEES.
PART I, LINE 7
SEE LINE 5 DESCRIPTION.
PART II, LINE 1
THE REPORTED BASE COMPENSATION FOR GEORGE FREDERICK GLASS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 INCLUDES PAYMENTS FOR BOTH THE 2023 AS WELL AS THE 2024 SUCCESS SHARING INCENTIVE PLAN (SSIP) DUE TO THE TIMING OF WHEN PAYMENTS WERE MADE.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
