Mission and programs · 2022

Mission

BUILDING A WORLD THAT REALIZES THE BOUNDLESS POTENTIAL OF ALL PEOPLE.

  • Boundless Community Pathways offers several programs, including: - high-quality residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities who are living in the comfort of their own homes, - Adult day services designed to cater to the needs of the individual, whether they prefer to enjoy their day in a center, participate virtually or engage in community-based activities. At our heart, we're dedicated to uncovering the unique strengths, preferences, interests, and skills that define each individual we serve. We believe in working together to help the people we serve achieve their goals of greater independence, whether it's through gaining competitive, integrated employment or building natural supports within the community.

    Expenses $1,970,837 · Revenue $1,458,495

  • Workforce development goes beyond just preparing individuals for specific job requirements. It's about creating connections and fostering a sense of belonging. At Boundless, we specialize in helping employers find the perfect match among qualified job seekers with disabilities. As a dedicated disability and workforce development service provider, we don't stop at job placement. We're committed to offering continuous support to ensure the success of individuals with disabilities in their workplace journey. Your success is our success, and we're here to make that journey as productive and fulfilling as possible.

    Expenses $1,001,307 · Revenue $741,005

  • Sometimes, the only barrier to community integration is transportation. Not everyone Boundless serves has the ability to drive a car. Often, public transportation can't take a person we serve from their home directly to the door of an employer. Family and friends often have their own employment schedules and can't provide reliable transportation either. This is where Boundless steps in. By providing needed transportation, the people we serve can overcome a relatively simple barrier to employment.

    Expenses $1,058,157 · Revenue $783,077

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
