This endeavor is a collaborative effort, with us working closely with esteemed partner organizations such as Valley Health Systems, Valley Assistance Network, and Healthy Families, among others, to provide comprehensive resources and support. As of 6/30/2023, the clinic community engagement specialists have helped over 1200 patients with resources regarding food, housing, and employment opportunities. They have also helped those who might qualify for Medicaid services with their applications and filled out the applications for financial assistance at our local health system, Valley Health, for specialty referrals.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
