Mission
WE COMPASSIONATELY CARE FOR PEOPLE BY ENGAGING THE COMMUNITY TO DRIVE PHILANTHROPIC AND VOLUNTEER SUPPORT.
-
THE ERLANGER FOUNDATION ADVANCES HEALTHCARE BY SECURING PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT FOR ERLANGER, THE REGION'S ONLY ACADEMIC MEDICAL CENTER AND SAFETY-NET HOSPITAL. DURING THE FINAL, SHORT YEAR ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2024, THE FOUNDATION RAISED $1.3 MILLION THROUGH INDIVIDUAL, CORPORATE, AND FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTIONS. THESE FUNDS ENABLED CRITICAL INVESTMENTS IN LIFESAVING EQUIPMENT, PATIENT CARE PROGRAMS, AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING SUPPORT FOR THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AT ERLANGER AND THE REGION'S ONLY LEVEL I TRAUMA CENTER. DONOR GENEROSITY HELPED EXPAND ACCESS TO CARE, IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES, AND HELP ENSURE THAT NO PATIENT IS TURNED AWAY DUE TO INABILITY TO PAY. Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
