Mission and programs · 2023
Mission
The Jayden DeLuca Foundation helps children and families fight cardiac diseases by offering support and encouragement to all those affected by pediatric heart conditions.
Activities or mission (Part I)
To promote awareness of and aid in scientific and medical research of pediatric heart conditions.
-
The Jayden DeLuca Foundation (JDF) promotes awareness of cardiac diseases and seeks to further scientific and medical research of pediatric heart conditions. In 2023, the Foundation raised money for Pediatric Cardiac Ultrasound Machines and the pediatric rehab treatment room at St. Luke's Children's Hospital and continued funding research for Children's Hospital Colorado. The Foundation raises these funds through its major events. The Heart Hero program held five events hosting 35-40 families per event and hosted four photo sessions during the year for Heart Heroes and their families. This benefit is available to any child that has any sort of congenital heart defect supporting both them and their families.
Expenses $475,772 · Grants $384,010
-
The Foundation's Patient Assistance Fund program sponsored 24 families with children with pediatric heart conditions. The JDF Patient Assistance Fund program seeks to assist families and help to cover costs associated with medical procedures, equipment, travel and bills that are not covered by insurance.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
