IT IS COMMITTED TO ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE IN METROPOLITAN COURTS THROUGH STRENGTHENING LEADERSHIP, MODERNIZING COURT PROCESSES, TECHNOLOGY AND FACILITIES, STREAMLINING PERFORMANCE, PROMOTING TRIAL COURT INNOVATIONS, AND ADVANCING JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE, THE RULE OF LAW, AND PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY.
