THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES REVIEWS AND APPROVES IN ADVANCE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS THE TOTAL COMPENSATION PAID BY THE ORGANIZATION TO THE ORGANIZATION'S PRESIDENT. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL OBTAIN AND CONSIDER APPROPRIATE DATA AS TO COMPARABILITY BEFORE MAKING ITS DECISION. SUCH DATA MAY BE OBTAINED BY ANY MEANS AND MAY INCLUDE INDUSTRIAL SURVEYS OF PERSONS HOLDING SIMILAR POSITIONS IN SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS.
