  • TO PROVIDE EVERY CHILD WHO ENTERS THE COURT SYSTEM AS A RESULT OF ALLEGATIONS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT OR DEPENDENCY, WITH A TRAINED COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER TO ADVOCATE FOR WHAT IS IN THE CHILD'S BEST INTEREST.
