  • THE COMPANY IS SERVING AS THE GENERAL PARTNER FOR VARIOUS SUBSIDIARIES, ALL OF WHOM PROVIDED INVESTMENT CAPITAL TO QUALIFIED ACTIVE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITY BUSINESSES. ALL OF THESE ENTITIES ARE LOCATED IN A LOW-INCOME COMMUNITY, PURSUANT TO THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT PROGRAM.
