Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- PART I, LINE 3
- ALL COMPENSATION TO THE CEO IS PAID BY STRATACOR, A RELATED ORGANIZATION. STRATACOR USES THE FOLLOWING TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION: - COMPENSATION COMMITTEE - INDEPENDENT COMPENSATION CONSULTANT - FORM 990 OF OTHER ORGANIZATIONS - WRITTEN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT - COMPENSATION SURVEY OR STUDY - APPROVAL BY BOARD OR COMPENSATION COMMITTEE
- PART I, LINE 4A
- SOME EMPLOYEES RECEIVED A SEVERANCE PAYMENT DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONFIDENTIAL SEVERANCE AGREEMENT ARE AVAILABLE TO THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE UPON REQUEST.
- PART I, LINE 5
- ALL ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PLAN WHICH IS APPROVED BY THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD. THE 2022 PLAN ALLOWS FOR AN INCENTIVE PLAN PAYOUT BASED ON THREE COMPONENTS: THE RELATED COMPANY'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE, AND INDIVIDUAL GOALS. WITHIN THE CALCULATION OF THE RELATED COMPANY'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, THERE IS A COMPONENT BASED ON REVENUE AND A COMPONENT BASED ON OPERATING EARNINGS. THE INCENTIVE AMOUNT IS BASED ON THE MATHEMATICAL CALCULATION OF THE RESULTS FOR EACH COMPONENT. FOR 2022, EACH EMPLOYEE'S AMOUNT WAS CALCULATED WITH 75% WEIGHT BASED ON THE RELATED COMPANY PERFORMANCE AND 25% WEIGHT BASED ON THEIR INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE.
