Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a Travel for companions
- The organization paid for some travel expenses of board members' spouses who elected to travel to an event in December 2024. Board members were asked to attend this out of state event as part of their duties. This was not treated as taxable compensation to the individual receiving the benefit.
- Schedule J, Part I, Line 3 Arrangement used to establish the top management official's compensation
- THE COMPENSATION IS DETERMINED USING COMPARABILITY DATA, AT A LOCAL AS WELL AS A NATIONAL LEVEL PROVIDED BY AN INDEPENDENT CONSULTING AGENCY USING CURRENT MARKETPLACE ISSUES AND TRENDS IN ADDITION TO CHARACTERISTICS SPECIFIC TO THE ORGANIZATION. THIS INFORMATION WAS OBTAINED BY A RELATED ORGANIZATION AND SHARED WITH THE ORGANIZATION TO DETERMINE THE COMPENSATION OF THE PRESIDENT/CEO. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVES THE COMPENSATION. THIS IS DOCUMENTED IN THE MEETING MINUTES OF THE BOARD.
- Schedule J, Part I, Line 4a Severance or change-of-control payment
- Jon Allman, former CEO of related entity, Family Endeavors and former board member of the organization received wages of $620,000 during the year as part of severance package.
