LABOR AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS.

  • THE REALITY ADVISORY BOARD ON LABOR RELATIONS IS CONCERNED WITH LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY, IN THE NEW YORK METROPOLITAN AREA. IT NEGOTIATES BASIC LABOR AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF MEMBERS WHO ARE BUILDING OWNERS AND/OR OPERATORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS. IT ALSO REPRESENTS MEMBERS IN GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS AND VARIOUS OTHER MATTERS BEFORE FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES.
