Mission

TO ADVANCE ECONOMIC AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR LATINOS THROUGH IMPACTFUL PARTNERSHIPS WITH BUSINESS, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS.

  • HEALTH EQUITY PROGRAM: Adelante focuses on providing access through referral to the most basic health services. Health disparities have disproportionately harmed our Spanish-speaking and immigrant community by historically excluding our community members from having insurance coverage and limited knowledge of health resources and how to access critical care. We know that health success is integral to economic success. Healthy entrepreneurs are essential for communities to thrive.

    Expenses $357,411 · Revenue $2,000

  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM:Adelante is proudly pioneering the growth of the Spanish-speaking start-up ecosystem in Colorado, fostering innovation, health equity, and economic mobility within our vibrant and diverse community. Adelante Community Development is a one-stop shop for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and their families. We focus on the whole person, and their well-being by providing education and support with technical skills, essential digital and business skills, health, and wellness as well as resource and referral. Our focus is on creating economic mobility and equitable community assets. Understanding the challenges entrepreneurs face in navigating complex regulations, we have developed new resources and tools to support them in this crucial aspect of their business journey. We offer comprehensive guides, checklists, and interactive workshops to help entrepreneurs better understand and comply with various legal and compliance requirements. By demystifying these complexities, we empower entrepreneurs to focus on their core business operations and growth, confident in their ability to navigate the regulatory landscape.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
