RUB'S RETIREMENT, AMOUNTS WERE PAID OUT IN 2022 UNDER THE AGREEMENT AND WERE INCLUDED IN COLUMN (B)(III). AMOUNTS PREVIOUSLY INCLUDED IN A PAST YEAR'S 990 COLUMN (C) ARE REFLECTED IN COLUMN (F) FOR THIS REPORTING PERIOD.
