Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 3
THE FOUNDATION ENGAGES FFSP LLC IN A COST SHARING ARRANGEMENT TO PROVIDE STAFF, ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. FFSP ENTERED INTO WRITTEN COMPENSATION AGREEMENTS WITH ALL OF ITS EMPLOYEES ON THE DATE OF HIRE. THE COMPENSATION IN THE AGREEMENTS WERE ALL BASED ON THIRD-PARTY COMPARABILITY DATA COMPILED AND UPDATED IN 2022. IN 2022, THE FFSP COMPENSATION COMMITTEE RELIED ON THE SAME COMPARABILITY DATA WHEN MAKING YEAR END SALARY ADJUSTMENTS, DETERMINING YEAR-END BONUSES, AND AWARDING LONG-TERM COMPENSATION FOR 2022. AS A RESULT, THE PROCESS FOR DETERMINING THE COMPENSATION OF THE PRESIDENT, TREASURER & ASSISTANT SECRETARY INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING: (1) PRIOR TO ENTERING INTO SUCH ARRANGEMENTS, APPROPRIATE COMPARABILITY DATA WAS OBTAINED AND USED, AND SUCH ARRANGEMENT WAS THEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE, OF WHICH ONLY INDEPENDENT PERSONS VOTED; AND (2) MINUTES FOR COMPENSATION COMMITTEE MEETINGS WERE PREPARED, PROVIDING CONTEMPORANEOUS SUBSTANTIATION OF THE DELIBERATION AND DECISION BY NOTING THE TERMS OF THE ARRANGEMENT AND DATE IT WAS APPROVED, THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS WHO WERE PRESENT AND THOSE WHO VOTED ON IT, AND THE COMPARABILITY DATA OBTAINED AND RELIED UPON BY THE COMMITTEE. SEE SCHEDULE O.
PART I, LINE 7
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED NON-FIXED PAYMENTS TO CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS REPORTED ON SCHEDULE J IN THE FORM OF A BONUS WHICH REFLECTED REASONABLE COMPENSATION. THE BONUS WAS NOT TIED TO THE NET REVENUES OF THE ORGANIZATION NOR WAS A JOINT VENTURE PRESENT. THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE APPROVED AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH THE EXECUTIVES THAT INCLUDED A YEAR END BONUS WITH A SPECIFIED CAP ON THE AMOUNT, THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE HAS ESTABLISHED A REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION AS TO THE NONFIXED PAYMENT WHEN THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WAS ENTERED INTO BY, IN EFFECT, ASSUMING THAT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE UNDER THE CONTRACT WOULD BE PAID, AND SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS GIVING RISE TO THE REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION FOR THAT MAXIMUM AMOUNT. 26 C.F.R. 53.4958-6(D)(2)

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
