Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

Compensation from Other Exempt Organizations
The following individuals received compensation from the Devereux Foundation in the following capacities: Robert C Dunne - Sr. VP and Chief Financial Officer and Patricia Hillis-Clark, Executive Director - PA Children's Services.
Part I Line 7
The organization has an incentive plan available to its executive director. Annually, the President and CEO of The Devereux Foundation (the controlling organization of Devereux Cleo Wallace) determines and approves the incentive amounts for the executive director, if any, awarded to that individual. Such amounts are based on the achievement of Organizational and individual goals, which incorporate both qualitative and quantitative elements. No amounts were paid under this plan during the year.
Part 1 Line 4b
The Devereux Foundation, a related organization to Devereux Cleo Wallace, has a supplemental executive retirement plan (SERP) in which participation in the plan is limited to the President/CEO and senior vice-presidents of the organization. Annually, the compensation committee of the board of trustees of Devereux Corporation (the sole member of the Devereux Foundation) may approve an annual contribution to the participant's account in an amount up to 10% of plan compensation for the year (as defined in the plan document). The participant shall become one hundred percent (100%) vested in his or her benefit under the Plan if while employed by Devereux, he or she (a) attains Normal Retirement Age, (b) dies or (c) becomes disabled. The benefits accrued under this plan are included in Retirement and other deferred compensation amounts in Part II. During the year, Robert C. Dunne, treasurer of Devereux Cleo Wallace and senior vice-president and CFO of The Devereux Foundation became 100% vested in this Plan. The amount reported in Schedule J, Part II, Column F relates to previously reported deferred compensation that was paid during the year and is included as a component of the amount reported in Schedule J, Part II, Column B (iii), Other Reportable Compensation.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
