Mission
To promote friendship amoung our members and to provide philanthropic support to UF Health and the communities it serves.
-
Our philanthropic mission is two-fold: 1. to advance the work of UF Health by supporting programs and initiatives that directly benefit UF Health and its affiliated entities, including UF Health Shands Hospital, the UF College of Medicine, the James Hillis Miller Health Center (JHMHC), and the patients and families they serve. We also invest in programs that reflect UF Healths broader commitment to improving the health and well-being of our community. 2. In addition, through our internal fundraising initiative, The Guild Gives, we raise funds to support nonprofit organizations throughout Alachua County that are not affiliated with UF Health but are dedicated to improving the health, well-being, and quality of life of people in our community.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
