EACH YOUNG MAN IS PART OF A MONTHLY, OVERNIGHT, OR DAY ONLY PROGRAM; WHERE THEY HAVE MENTORS PRESENT TO REACH, INSPIRE, SUPPORT AND ENGAGE THEM THROUGH THEIR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL YEARS. TRUTH IN NATURE USES THE OUTDOORS AND ACTIVITIES SUCH AS, CAMPING, HUNTING FISHING, CANOEING, ARCHERY, ETC. AS THE BACKDROP FOR THESE PROGRAMS AND FOR THEM TO EXPERIENCE THE THINGS THAT ARE TYPICALLY DONE BETWEEN FATHERS AND SONS DONE OUTDOORS, THAT THEY DO NOT OTHERWISE GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE. TEACHING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH-EACH PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR A YOUNG MAN TO GROW IN HIS WALK IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. THROUGH OUR DEVOTIONAL TIME, SMALL GROUP TIME, PRAYER TIME, AND MAN TIME AROUND THE FIRE, WE ACCOMPLISH THIS. POSITIVE PERSONAL GROWTH-EACH YOUNG MAN, BY HAVING A MENTOR, WILL EXPERIENCE PERSONAL GROWTH IN THE POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS THAT THEY ARE BUILDING. YOUNG MEN ARE BEING REFERRED FROM AT-RISK AGENCIES IN THE COMMUNITIES AND ARE ABLE TO FULFILL THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE AGENCY AND CONTINUE IN OUR PROGRAMS. THESE PROGRAMS WILL RESULT IN WALKING AWAY FROM AT-RISK BEHAVIORS, GIVING AN OUTLET TO EXPRESS PAIN AND HURTS, WHILE SHARING FROM PAST BAD DECISIONS.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
