ELEVATE JACKSONVILLE CONTINUES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS EVIDENCED BY STUDENT RETENTION AND EXCITEMENT. WE ARE SEEING IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AREAS OF CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE, SCHOOL ATTENDANCE AND NUMBER OF STUDENTS DESIRING TO BE MENTORED. TO DATE, OUR TEACHER-MENTORS HAVE TAUGHT OVER 1600 STUDENTS, AND WE HAVE AN ALUMNI COHORT OF 50. PRINCIPALS IN EACH OF OUR FOUR DUVAL COUNTY SCHOOLS HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR DESIRE TO ADD MORE STUDENTS DUE TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR PROGRAM AND THE NEED WITHIN OUR SCHOOLS. OUR ACCREDITED CLASSES ARE NOW BEING TAUGHT TO STUDENTS FROM 7TH-12TH GRADES AT JEAN RIBAULT HIGH SCHOOL, JEAN RIBAULT MIDDLE SCHOOL, WESTSIDE HIGH SCHOOL AND WESTSIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL. IT IS TRUE THAT "NO ONE GETS THERE ALONE" SO OUR STUDENTS KNOW, "ONCE IN ELEVATE, ALWAYS IN ELEVATE."

OUR STUDENTS ALSO SPEND TIME WITH THE SAME TEACHER/MENTORS ON WEEKENDS, AFTER-SCHOOL, AND DURING OUR SUMMER CAMPS. HENCE, BY ENGAGING OUR STUDENTS ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, AND PROVIDING MENTORING (ONE-ON-ONE AND SMALL GROUP), AS WELL AS LARGE GROUP ACTIVITIES, WE ENTER THEIR WORLD IN A TRUSTING, LIFE-CHANGING APPROACH.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
