Mission
At Raising Arizona's Men, our mission is to empower young men in foster care by affirming their inherent value, nurturing their potential, and guiding them toward lives of purpose and character. We provide a foundation rooted in Christian principles, where honor, integrity, and responsibility are not only taught but lived. Through mentorship, discipleship, and unconditional support, we help these young men build lasting relationships with Christ and become the strong, faithful leaders they are meant to be.
Activities or mission (Part I)
The mission is to teach young men the skills to be successful as adults, to keep kids off the streets, and prepare the young men to be competent in today's world.
-
RAM's Launchpad program provides housing, food, and utilities for young men who have aged out of foster care. Participants develop work ethic, self-discipline, and budgeting skills, while receiving tailored life coaching or councelling to help them transition into independent adulthood. The average number of young men in the program is 4.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
