TO PROVIDE COLLECTIVE FUNDING FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS THAT BENEFIT THE DAIRY INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE, BY PROVIDING FUNDING FOR ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH, LEGAL COUNSEL FOR AND LITIGATION OF ISSUES WITH INDUSTRY WIDE IMPLICATIONS, REGULATORY ACTIVITIES AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS.

THE FUND PROVIDED LITIGATION SUPPORT FOR LAWSUITS INITIATED AGAINST THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT, THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY WATER RESOURCES DISTRICT AND THE CENTRAL VALLEY WATER DISTRICT.
