Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 1A
THE PRESIDENT'S SPOUSE ATTENDS SEMINARS ON TOPICS RELATED TO NETWORKING AND FUNDRAISING AND WORKS WITH THE PRESIDENT IN ATTENDING FUNDRAISING EVENTS WITH ALUMNI DONORS. THE COSTS ARE REIMBURSED BUSINESS EXPENSES UNDER AN ACCOUNTABLE PLAN. THE PRESIDENT IS REQUIRED TO LIVE IN HOUSING PROVIDED ON CAMPUS. THE VALUE OF THIS HOUSING IS EXCLUDED FROM TAXABLE INCOME.
PART I, LINE 3
THE COMPENSATION OF THE PRESIDENT IS REVIEWED ANNUALLY BY THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, WHICH PROVIDES A REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION TO THE FULL BOARD AT THE BOARD'S JUNE MEETING. AS PART OF THIS PROCESS, THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE REVIEWS THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRESIDENT AGAINST MUTUALLY AGREED UPON GOALS. THE PRESIDENT'S COMPENSATION IS COMPARED TO A COHORT OF SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS. THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE REVIEWS POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AMONG BOARD MEMBERS WHO WILL VOTE ON THE PRESIDENT'S COMPENSATION. THE FULL BOARD THEN DELIBERATES AND VOTES ON THE COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATION DURING A PRIVATE SESSION OF THE BOARD. THE MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RECORD THE RECOMMENDATION AND DECISION OF THE BOARD. THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE ALSO SUBMITS THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION OF ITS REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION FOR RETENTION IN THE BOARD'S ARCHIVES. THE BOARD'S DECISION IS INCLUDED IN A SALARY LETTER SENT TO THE PRESIDENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
SCHEDULE J, PART I, LINE 4
PRESIDENT GONZALEZ PARTICIPATED IN, OR RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM, A SUPPLEMENTAL NONQUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLAN AND THE COLLEGE CONTRIBUTED $20,000.
