COMPENSATION FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS DETERMINED BY USING FORM 990 OF SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS, COMPENSATION STUDIES OF AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVES (ASAE), AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE ORIGINAL WRITTEN CONTRACT.
PART I, LINE 4B
THE ACADEMY OFFERS A 457(B) PLAN TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND ALL KEY EMPLOYEES WHO REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND WILL MATCH 50% OF EMPLOYEE DEFERRALS. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE STRATEGIST EACH RECEIVED A MATCH OF $6,833. THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER RECEIVED A MATCH OF $7,500 AND THE DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RECEIVED A MATCH OF $3,197.
