Mission and programs · 2024
Mission
1) To assist people in need of aviation transportation services for those who have served our country and other first responders. 2) To reduce transportation time and improve efficiency with urgent organ transportation needs. 3) To promote compassion in the aviation industry and encourage pilots and other non-profits to follow our example. 4) To leverage technology and process optimization to reduce costs in the general aviation industry. 5) To develop a framework for non-profit scalability where other organizations across the country can leverage
Activities or mission (Part I)
1) Identified different strategic program initiatives for short- and long-term youth academic aviation programs to strengthen community interest, career development, and aviation safety. 2) Temporarily paused program operations due to mandatory maintenance service bulletins which were successfully applied during the year. 3) Initiated draft on new program charter in consideration of 14 CFR Part 194 and Special Federal Aviation Regulation 120, which may redefine the current program to support improved operations for charitable transportation and reducing noise and environmental pollution.
-
Limited operations of program initiatives consistent with mandated maintenance of program assets. Development of strategic initiatives in support of upcoming rules and regulations involving 14 CFR Part 194 and SFAR 120.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
