ON JULY 1, 2008 THE UNIVERSITY ENACTED A QUALIFIED PRIVATE 457(B) DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES WITH ANY EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS TO BE MADE ON A DISCRETIONARY BASIS. THE UNIVERSITY MADE NO CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE 457 PLAN IN FISCAL 2023. ANY AND ALL CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE PLAN IN FISCAL YEAR 2023 WERE VOLUNTARY EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS.
