Mission
THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED WITH THE MISSION OF DEVELOPING SAFE AND AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING OPTIONS FOR IMMOKALEE'S FARM WORKERS AND OTHER LOW INCOME FAMILIES. THE PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED BY GRANDS AND DONATIONS, ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR A MORTGAGE AND ALLOWING FOR AFFORDABLE RENT PRICES.
-
AS WE LOOK BACK ON ALL THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN 2025, WE ARE DEEPLY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR CONTINUED BELIEF IN OUR MISSION TO CREATE PATHWAYS TO ECONOMIC STABILITY FOR THE HARDWORKING FAMILIES OF IMMOKALEE THROUGH AFFORDABLE HOUSING. DURING 2025, OUR VISION OF AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITY BECAME A REALITY WITH FAMILIES MOVING INTO OUR FIRST AND SECOND APARTMENT BUILDINGS. WHILE WE WERE WELCOMING FAMILIES HOME, WE MADE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS ON OUR THIRD BUILDING, AND CONSTRUCTION ON THE FOURTH BEGAN AT THE END OF THE YEAR. WE ALSO HELD THE COMMUNITY WALL RAISING FOR THE FUTURE PARKER'S PLACE COMMUNITY CENTER, A SPACE THAT WILL STRENGTHEN CONNECTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
