  • PROVIDE QUALITY HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY RESIDENTS IN NEED OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE HOUSING REPAIRS, HOMEOWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE, BLIGHT REMOVAL, AND LOANS AND GRANTS.
