JESUS COMMANDED, "LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF." (MARK 12:31) OUR MINISTRY PROVIDES LOVING SERVICE TO THE POOR AND HUNGRY. THE ORGANIZATION WILL OPERATE AN ECUMENICAL FOOD PANTRY TO SERVE THOSE WHO NEED FOOD ASSISTANCE IN YORK COUNTY AND POQUOSON. OUR COMMITMENT IS TO WELCOME THOSE THAT COME WITH NO JUDGMENT, AND WORK DILIGENTLY TO SERVE THESE HURITNG MEN AND WOME WITH DIGNITY, KINDNESS, AND COMPASSION.

The Food Closet is open on Wednesdays from 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm for food distribution. Clients currently receive food and a Food Lion gift card to buy perishables we can't provide. In 2023, we had 5903 client visits.
