Community Arts provided workshops, classes, and opportunities to artists with disabilities to sell their work at local and statewide events. In 2022-23 we offered in-person exhibits and classes at our new office location, while still providing artist workshops virtually. Approximately 2,000 emerging and professional artists were offered professional development services and technical assistance in visual art, performance, creative writing, dance, and media. We hosted our first holiday arts show at our new office and joined the East Austin Galley Tour to host monthly exhibitions. Produced second season of True Tales by Disability Advocates podcast featuring stories by people with disabilities and with over 3,500 downloads. The Texas Veterans Strong program (formerly Distinguished Artist Veterans) continues to serve over 700 veterans by offering multi-arts in-person retreats and virtual classes across the state. We also co-hosted a virtual exhibition in partnership with Bhil Haus Arts and offered fiscal and administrative support to two local arts organizations.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
