In Haiti, BFI46 supports a childrens home with 40 children by providing education, medical care, clean water and daily necessities. The on-site school benefits these children and 525 others from the surrounding community. The local community faces challenges related to employment, healthcare, water supply and food security. The Breaking Bread Feeding Program serves 94500 lunches each school year, ensuring that students/staff receive a hot nutritious meal every school day, while sending home pre-packaged meals on weekends to guarantee proper nutrition. This initiative alleviates stress, allowing them to concentate on their studies without worrying about their next meal, and it lightens the burden on parents while supporting the local economy by sourcing ingredients locally. Brew for Impact program promotes sustainable employment in farming communities. The CHIDA Hospital caters to 2000 patients daily, delivered over 200 babies and has reduced mortality rate by 85%.

The St. Louis program emphasizes the importance of family structure, job creation and education empowering families to focus on these aspects while maintaining stable home lives. The acquisition and renovation of homes in the north St. Louis area provide safe and secure housing for families, along with wrap-around services. Community involvement is a priority, with local contractors employed for renovation work. Families rent the homes and participate in quarterly seminars tailored to their needs. They also contribute by volunteering in the community for two to four hours each month. A dedicated community coordinator collaborates with each family to link them with suitable nonprofit organizations and services. So far, this program has successfully employed 116 construction workers at a 78% minority rate. The St. Louis initiative has secured 14 properties, renovated 10 homes, and positively impacted 49 family members.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
