Mission

CoCC's mission is to assist various organizations serving communities of color in urban and rural areas in their efforts to conceive, design, finance, construct and manage assets essential to reducing poverty including affordable housing and community facilities.

  • Support other organizations serving communities of color in urban and rural areas in their efforts to manage affordable housing and community facilities. Through the efforts of CoCC, during 2024 member organizations received direct funding from the State of Washington for housing and community facilities in amounts totaling $6,653,000.
