Mission and programs · 2023
Mission
To engage in activities that support and build awareness of the Museo di Capodimonte, one of Europe's greatest art museums located in Naples, Italy.
-
Over 425 didactic materials were created and installed in Capodimonte's galleries to accompany and explain the artworks on exhibition; all internal documents at Capodimonte were translated into English; guided tours are given to guests of honor at Capodimonte; collaboration with Google Arts & Culture has led to a creation of a comprehensive online platform for the museum and its artworks; collaboration with the Apple Foundations Program; trips are organized from the US for groups of individuals to see the wonders of the Capodimonte in person; presentations are organized and supported by the Organization on a periodic basis; and fellowships are offered to young American art historians to work hands-on in the museum.
