TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS.

  • THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF AND ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR THE PARTICIPATING HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS AND THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND TO OFFER TO PARTICIPATING HOSPITALS AND HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS ON A CENTRALIZED BASIS SUCH SERVICES THAT ARE PERMITTED TO BE ENGAGED IN BY AN ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 501(E) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
