TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE FUND'S TRUST AGREEMENT.

  • TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE FUND'S TRUST AGREEMENT AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. THEIR DEPENDENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE FUND'S TRUST AGREEMENT AND THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
