CONDUCT AN ANNUAL FUTURE LEADERS CONFERENCE FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATIONS OF ITALIAN AMERICANS.

  • IN THE 2023/24 FISCAL YEAR, IAFL EXCEEDED ITS GOAL OF WELCOMING 100 NEW "FELLOWS" TO ITS ANNUAL CONVENTION IN SOUTH FLORIDA. DUE TO OVERWHELMING INTEREST, IAFL ACCEPTED 147 NEW APPLICANTS, MARKING A SIGNIFICANT MILESTONE IN SUPPORTING YOUNG ITALIAN AMERICAN PROFESSIONALS AT THE LARGEST ITALIAN AMERICAN NETWORKING EVENT IN THE UNITED STATES.

  • IN THE 2023/24 FISCAL YEAR, IAFL ESTABLISHED SEVERAL DEDICATED COMMITTEES TO DRIVE ITS EXPANSION AND PROMOTION EFFORTS. THESE COMMITTEES, INCLUDING MARKETING, PR, FINANCE AND BUDGET, ALUMNI RELATIONS, AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, FOCUS ON ENHANCING IAFL'S IMPACT ON ITALIAN AMERICAN AFFAIRS.

  • IN THE 2023/24 FISCAL YEAR, IAFL SECURED SUBSTANTIAL SUPPORT THROUGH BOTH CASH AND IN-KIND SPONSORSHIPS, HELPING TO FUND THE IAFL WEEKEND AND ADVANCE ITS MISSION OF CONNECTING AND EMPOWERING ITALIAN AMERICAN PROFESSIONALS.
