Filed by GRACE HEALTHCARE SERVICES CORP.

This return was superseded by a later amendment. matched by us It is kept because history is preserved rather than replaced.

What the amendment changed

Compared with the latest return for 2025 , filed 6 May 2026. matched by us Only the return's totals, a 990-PF's accounting method and the names listed in Part VII (Part VIII on a 990-PF) are compared. We relate returns by organization, tax year and form, and order them by each return's own timestamp; the filer's own "amended return" checkbox is a separate fact.

Those are the same on the two returns, so the amendment changed something else.

Mission and programs · 2025

Mission

To provide healthcare and related services, including pharmaceutical products and nutritional supplements, for underserved populations and needy individuals.

  • Grace Clinic - In 2016, we established a clinic at GRACE Marketplace for use by partner organizations to provide free medical care for individuals in the Gainesville area. Since then, we have expanded the clinic facilities to be used by an increasing number of safety net clinics such as UF Mobile Outreach Clinic, UF Psychiatry Clinic, Helping Hands Clinic, Alachua Area Medical Reserve Corps, and others. The clinics provide acute care and chronic disease management for hundreds of individuals. We also support one of our partners, the University of Florida Department of Psychiatrys Street Medicine program by maintaining their medication bag for practitioner dispensing in the field.

    Expenses $142,564 · Grants $106,457

  • Grace Pharmacy In 2017 the pharmacy without a cash register was established to supply prescribed medications at no charge to qualifying patients who could not afford their prescriptions. Grace Pharmacy also provides medications to patients of participating safety net clinics. In 2025 service was provided to 4124 patients and over 9976 prescriptions were filled.

    Expenses $75,338 · Revenue $49,495

  • Grace Healthcare Services Corp operates out of the premise that improving health for any segment of the population improves health and welfare for all of us. We actively coordinate with the other free clinics to ensure the availability of service. We work within the community and the county to offer support and services. Grace Healthcare Services Corp (GHSC) provides ongoing support, equipment and supplies for Grace Clinic out of which our safety net partners operate their free medical clinics.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
